Landlord Management Solutions is available for those clients in need of full service property management. We manage our clients properties by providing Property Showings, Tenant Screening, Lease Signing, Monthly Rent Collection and Property Maintenance.

We also offer a RentReady Service™ that will clean the property from wall to wall and then professionally steam clean the carpets each time the property is vacant. This service is generally paid for out of the tenants deposit.

Property Management Solutions

1. Place "For Rent" signs at property.
2. Place advertising in local paper including a FREE listing of all properties on the popular web site "Craig's List" as well as Landlord Business Solutions, Utah Rental and Home Finder, and a posting in the window of our retail office.
3. Accommodate prospective tenant showings of property.
4. Screen & verify prospective tenants and verify application information, acceptance or denial of application.
5. Obtain signatures on appropriate lease and disclosure documents.
6. Collect security deposit and non-refundable cleaning deposit.
7. Full billing services (see Landlord Billing Solutions).
8. Our Rent Ready Service™ is provided to all vacated properties. We clean the walls, appliances, and cabinets, sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and professionally steam clean the carpets.
9. We inspect all vacant properties on a weekly basis.
