1. Rents (less billing fee) are electronically deposited directly into your bank account making rent collection automated and hassle free.
2. Landlords are notified electronically when deposits are made. Payment reports profit and loss statements are sent monthly.
3. Service includes the posting of three day notices in the event payments are not received by the predetermined day of the month.
4. If the tenants fail to pay, we begin the eviction process. The eviction is then turned over to our in-house legal department and expedited quickly.
5. After your eviction is completed, we immediately turn your judgment over to our in-house collection department.
